The Ultimate Asian Noodle Sauce


This sauce is pretty simple but packs lots of flavor that I believe will leave you surprised and satisfied. It can work for a lot of different things besides a stir fry. You can use it on a crunchy asian cabbage salad, fried rice, or drizzled over a seared ahi tuna steak.

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 table spoon Chinese mustard

1 teaspoon ginger(minced or ground)

1 teaspoon minced garlic

5 tablespoons agave nectar or honey

2 tablespoons sambal hot sauce

5 tablespoon rice vinegar


Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil in a sauce pan

Thicken with 1 tablespoon of corn starch slurry. You can add some color with chopped scallion.
