Quinoa Bowl



This salad is very nutritious. Quinoa is a complete protein by itself, add vegetables and more protein and grit is guaranteed to feel great.

1/2 cup quinoa cooked

1/2 Roma tomato chopped

2 cauliflower florets

1/4 cucumber sliced or chopped

3 brussel sprouts sliced

4 oz chicken cooked


simple vinaigrette

1/2 lemon squeezed, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon water and 1/16 cup of chopped basil


combined all ingredients and enjoy
