Pork Stir Fry



Wondering what to do with pork loin? A pork stir fry is a great solution.

I highly recommend marinating the pork 24 hours before you are going to cook it

I add a little hot vinegar(that you can also make at home) to help tenderize the meat

below is a recipe for a Thai pork stir fry


3/4 pound pork loin, sliced thin

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1 table spoon ground garlic

1 teaspoon ground onion

1 teaspoon ground curry

2 tablespoon rice vinegar

4 tablespoon olive oil


mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours


Boil Thai rice noodles for accompaniment


Sautee pork in a hot pan. Add your favorite frozen veg after the pork has a good sear on it( you can usually find a mix of carrot, broccoli and cauliflower at the local market). Finish with soy sauce to taste. For a more elaborate flavor and presentation you can add chopped greens onions, thai basil, or cilantro or a combination of all three.
