Latin shredded beef

Using a crock pot during the cold season is a easy way to enjoy flavors marrying together as well as little work to achieve a great dish.

You can use shredded beef in a multitude of ways, tacos, burritos, soups and even on top or steamed rice. Here is a simple recipe that will give you a succulent beef every time. Rub

1 table spoon onion powder

1 table spoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 table spoon paprika

1 table spoon Mexican oregano

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground pepper

1 guajillo pepper or ancho pepper

1 Bay leaf ( Bay leaves are essential for any stock, soup or sofrito)

Mix all ingredients together and rub roast (chuck roast, tri tip roast, top round roast)

let marinate for 24 hours

eason with salt and place in crockpot with 1 cup of water

Set timer for 8 hours on low

Shred beef with a fork or tongs
