Infused oil's

Flavored oils can have many uses: marinades, dressing's, finishing touches on proteins. The most basic infused oil would be roasted garlic but we can also make different herb oils as well as chili oils.

A few examples of infused oils are

Rosemary and thyme

Roasted chili

Lemon oil

When infusing oils it is imperative that the oil does not boil. The point is to infuse the flavor not to ruin the oil as if it boils it can ruin the wonderful flavor of the oil
